Scene It Box Office Smash

I have seen hundreds of movies in my life, so I readily accepted the opportunity to review Scene It? Box Office Smash. I have heard co-workers at my day job talk about playing Scene It games (not on the Xbox 360), so I decided this Xbox 360 version may be a lot of fun. The movie related questions range from simple to intense. I am curious as to the definition the developer used for box office smashes. A lot of the movies included in Scene It? Box Office Smash are ones I avoided over the years due to major content problems. The quicker the family member accurately answers the question, the more points they get. Ending the game with the most points means you are the winner. There are plenty of different kind of trivia games inside Scene It? Box Office Smash.

Take a minute to read the lengthy list of issues the ESRB listed in relation to this game. When you finally get back to my review, know that a lot of them are visual. A lot of the movies included in Scene It? Box Office Smash are rated 'R'. Not all of their worst content is included in this game, so that is probably why the rating is so low. The players characters are safe and look a like like the Live Avatars.

Language is also an issue, and there is more than enough of it in Scene It? Box Office Smash. I wish there was a 'G' rated version of Scene It on the Xbox 360, because I would not want children repeating many of the words in this game. There are also some attempts at humor where the host insults the player for getting a wrong answer.  The overall feel to the game musically is like an awards show.

If you are into the movies included in Scene It? Box Office Smash, then you will find some replay value to it. There are a lot of them, and some variety in the ways questions are asked. I was actually embarrassed by some of the content that offended others who I had play Scene It? Box Office Smash with me.

This Xbox 360 game plays great with the Big Button Pads, and the Xbox 360 controllers. The layout shows some in intelligent design, and I found parts of Scene It? Box Office Smash to be fun. I just wish there was a higher volume of safe for the entire movies included. After all 'G' rated films perform better than the 'R' rated ones.

I was a extremely surprised when Scene It? Box Office Smash told me a family film was being used and it was one of the Shrek movies. The Hollywood definition of what is safe for families was obviously being applied, not what the majority of America uses.
