New Source Gaming snuck into the video game scene, and only by God's guidance did we here at Family Friendly Gaming come across them. This is an online only game on the Personal Computer (PC). There is a grid that the player starts on, and the choices are up, down, left, or right. Randomly the player will come across NPC characters. These characters will be unconvinced about the player's musical abilities. Playing music will convince the people, and that earns money and experience. Prayers are learned; then can be used as protection, increase musical playing ability, and healing of the player's confidence. There are plenty of towns, and each of them has quests that can be completed. Quests are going to a specific coordinates on the map. These will earn a ton of cash and/or experience. The player has three gauges to pay attention to. These attribute gauges are Confidence Points, Faith Points, and Travel Points. Leveling up increases each of these, and buying better gear also assists. Band members can be found out randomly on the grid as well. Band members also help increase certain stats as well.

Graphically this game has quite a few different screens in the different areas of the grid. These screens are pictures of areas, with people superimposed on them. There are images that promote a relationship with Jesus Christ.

There are no sounds in this game whatsoever. This means it moves quicker since there is no .wav file running that could slow down gameplay. It also is rather ironic that a video game based on the record industry is quiet. The only sound heard while playing this game is the player's mouse and sometimes keyboard.

The developers have been adding new content to this game slowly, and there is possible competition with other players. There is a decent amount to unearth and find in this game. More than one person can play this game at the same time (given ya'll have separate computers, and each have an internet connection). This game is 100% free. Since no money is paid to play this game, it is definitely worth the money.

The controls are very quick, and responsive. There were only a couple of times where lag was a problem. This reviewer's assumption is a site update was occurring at that exact time. The control design works well, as does the level design. This is a slower paced game than many out on the market today. Once that fact is accepted, the gameplay makes sense. This game was fun to play until all of the grid was explored. This reviewer would like to see some more towns, and content added.

This game is completely clean. There is no bad language, no bad images. It is one that could be recommended to a pastor, and is safe for the entire family. This game was a joy to play, and review. A sequel to this game would be a really good idea.
