Star Trek
I had heard a lot of great things about the recent Star Trek movie. I had also a few bad things. Star Trek gives fans a glimpse into the beginning of Spock, Kirk, McCoy, and the rest of the well known crew. Problem is, the entire time frame is shifted in this movie, and what we see is actually an alternate timeline. Or J.J Abrams decided to completely rewrite the entire Star Trek universe history. I had heard about the gratuitous sex scene in Star Trek, and how it was integral to the plot. It was integral to the plot, however they could have been wearing more clothing. There is violence in this PG-13 rated movie (for sci-fi action and violence, and brief sexual content). The space action is fantastic, and fans of Star Trek will really get into this DVD. There are a lot of special features that will also interest fans. I hope to get a review in a future issue of Family Friendly Gaming. {12/03/2009} - Paul
