Animal Boxing
Destineer has impressed me with Animal Boxing on the Nintendo DS. In fact Animal Boxing may be one of the best boxing games I have played on the Nintendo DS. To be fair I have not played many boxing games on the DS. Players compete against various animals in the boxing ring. What won me over is how this hand held game controls. Tap where you want to punch, and your character hits there. Touch and drag for an uppercut, or a hook. Hit one button to block, another button to dodge right, and another button to dodge left. The weird thing about Animal Boxing is you hold the Nintendo DS upside down to play it. Male and female characters are playable in this game, and can compete with very little clothing on. The ESRB did give this game an 'E10+' rating. I hope to have a review in an upcoming issue of Family Friendly Gaming. {10/14/2009} - Frank
