LOS ANGELES – August 20, in the year of our Lord 2019 – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today shared details of its digital pre-order for CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS, on the heels of the physical pre-order kick off, which began during E3 2019. In addition to the standard digital pre-order bundle, a CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS Pre-Order with Season Pass bundle is now available through participating digital stores, with the complete game set to launch on September 24th. Pricing for the CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS Pre-Order will remain at SRP $39.99 and the Season Pass Bundle will retail for SRP $44.99.

The CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS Digital Pre-Order includes:
• Full CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS game
• Two digital t-shirts that can be applied to Hungry Beast in-game
• PS4 pre-orders will include an exclusive theme featuring artwork from legendary illustrator Tom DuBois

In addition to the items above, the CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS Digital Pre-Order with Season Pass will provide fans with full access to a variety of DLC that will be released on a monthly schedule the first four months post-launch. More details on the Season Pass DLC will be available on the official website.

CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS is a twin stick, third-person action game developed for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (STEAM). From the director of CONTRA III: THE ALIEN WARS and CONTRA: HARD CORPS, Nobuya Nakazato instills more than 25 years of franchise pedigree into CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS with enormous crazed enemies, over-the-top action, and a cast of diverse playable characters that add to the irreverent tone of the game.

Several years after the events of the Alien Wars, CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS follows a group of former military mercenaries living on the fringes as bounty hunters and treasure finders. Survival requires fast reactions, powerful weapons, and the occasional organ and cybernetic augmentation. As players complete missions in PVE campaigns, they will gather resources to upgrade their guns and even their characters to stay alive. CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS also delivers a robust multiplayer feature set, where friends can meet online or in couch co-op to mow-down enemies together.
