Record of Lodoss War Online Updates

December 28, in the year of our Lord 2017 -- A fantasy MMORPG game, the ‘Record of Lodoss War Online’ which was co-developed by L&K Co., Ltd and GameOn Co., Ltd which is the Japanese subsidiary of Neowiz Games was announced to have a huge update including the level cap increment, mercenary system and 40-man raid system on December 28th 2017.

According to L&K, players will be able to reach level 120 and grow ability level 1500. Therefore, you will be able to grow your character suits to your taste. Also, it became much easier and faster for the players to grow their character which will make them less tired.

Additionally, Mercenary system and 40 player raid will be introduced. Mercenary system allows players to hire up to 2 characters from the game and the original novel to join the fight. Players can grow and enhance their mercenaries. Colleting characters from the original novel can be other fun feature to enjoy.

40-man raid system is a mission in which up to 40 players try to defeat a very powerful boss. It will add 4 dungeons with normal difficulty and 2 dungeons with hard difficulty to raid on a powerful boss. It is harder than the other dungeons due to the number of players who can join. For hard difficulty dungeons, teamwork of the raid group gets more important than ever.

Last but not least, fields, dungeons, and labyrinths are improved. More fields and new labyrinth named “Labyrinth of Disillusionment” will be introduced due to the increment of level cap. “Labyrinth of Disillusionment” consists of 4 areas. Area 1,2,3,4 is designed for level 61~70, 71~80, 81~90, 91~100 players respectively.

No word on a physical copy version of this game on this system at this time. Families are required to pay for Internet usage fees to download this game. For more information click here.
