Jack B. Nimble Steam Release Date

LONDON, ENGLAND - July 18th, in the year of our Lord 2018 - Developer Sean Noonan is releasing "Jack B. Nimble" on Steam. The game will launch on Tuesday, July 24th for PC and Mac at the price of $2.99 / £1.99 / €2.99.

Jack B. Nimble is an infinite runner taking heavy inspiration from retro classics such as Castlevania, modern indie hits such as Canabalt and the aesthetics of the Nintendo Game Boy. The game features a simple, but unique dual purpose design, where a single input is used to both jump and whip. Easy to pick up, difficult to master. Players progress across a world map unlocking new levels, characters and colour palettes as they climb the scoreboard. Jack B. Nimble is also backed by a pumping chiptune soundtrack made specifically for the game.

Game Description
Jump in the shoes of Jack B. Nimble and master the whip in this cute, retro auto runner. Leap and dash across spooky hilltops, gothic cityscapes, dank dungeons and more! Whip candles to multiply your score, and use your environment to slow down and stay in control of the action; but watch out for obstacles that block your path! With a score system based on player accuracy and distance travelled, timing and skill are key to achieving a position atop the leaderboard. Are you nimble enough?

About Jack B. Nimble
Jack B. Nimble is a score attack game, where you must run and leap across gaps over a distance for a base level of points. Candles act as a multiplier when whipped, and maintaining the accuracy of your whip is key to bagging all of the points you've earned, creating a strong risk/reward dynamic.

No word on a physical copy version of this game on this system at this time. Families are required to pay for Internet usage fees to download this game. For more information click here.
