Lack of Morals and Ethics

Cordova, TN; February 6, in the year of our Lord 2017--Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is touching on a sickening trend that has been happening in reality television shows. I have seen this specifically in Amazing Race, and Survivor. I stopped watching both television shows because of it. I also saw it in Big Brother after watching it for one season. I could not stomach that show any more after that. The people with the lack of morals and ethics are being allowed to win those shows. In fact the rules are not being applied fairly. Some teams cheat and are punished, whereas other teams cheat and nothing happens to them. It looks like the producers pick the winners early on. I prefer to see good competition win out over special class citizens being given the win.

I noticed that this favoritism does not extend to the video games of these television shows. This tells me the video games are better than the real thing. Especially when it comes to the Amazing Race television show. The video game of the Amazing Race is actually fun. You win or lose based on how well you perform in the variety of mini games. There is no backstabbing, politics, and uneven treatment given to the teams. I also wonder why the television show makes sure to promote teams that are living in open rebellion to God. Survivor is one of those shows that turned my stomach early on and I refused to watch after the worst person was given the win. People changed their stances at the end and it made no sense to me. I saw the same thing happen on the Home Free television show. The most devious person was given the win. This confused me greatly.

Ultimately this shows me the difference between Holly Weird and the super majority of America. Morals and ethics matter in Middle America. Holly Weird has the exact opposite set of values. I would love to see video games embrace good morals and good ethics. I would love to see video games teach obedience to God, and show the damages done by embracing rebellion against God. It would be great for the television shows to encourage good morals and good ethics as well. I am not holding my breath. I do not want to give up on it. I am not expecting much from them though. I would love to be surprised. There are plenty of Christian television shows that are improving things. Tim Tebow did an amazing job on Home Free. He encouraged everyone to be better. It was great to see. Duck Dynasty is another show that improves the image of the entertainment industry.

God bless,
