Majesco Entertainment Announces Babysitting Mama for Wii Available Tomorrow

EDISON, N.J., November 4, in the year of our Lord 2010 – Mama is talented in so many ways; she cooks, gardens, crafts and now cares for little ones!  Majesco Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: COOL), an innovative provider of video games for the mass market, has just announced the availability of Babysitting Mama exclusively for Wii™ at major retailers nationwide.  Developed by Cooking Mama Limited, this simulation game lets girls play the Wii game as they play with a plush baby. By tucking the Wii Remote™ into the baby doll included with the game, the doll becomes the controller, letting girls play with the interactive doll and game together.

“We are thrilled to bring Babysitting Mama to market,” said Jesse Sutton, CEO, Majesco Entertainment.  “The game represents the alignment of true innovation, strong brand, overwhelming retail support and solid marketing strategy. We can’t wait for girls to bring Babysitting Mama home this holiday season so they can share this unique experience with friends and family.”

Using the adorable plush baby doll and Nunchuk™ controller, girls can enjoy 40 different activities from feeding, changing and playing peek-a-boo, to racing the baby through an obstacle course.  Babysitting Mama features six unique babies, each with his or her own personality and needs, along with a range of indoor and outdoor environments that Mama and baby can play in.  The plush baby also “comes to life” as cries and coos play through the Wii Remote inside the baby, making it seem as if baby is responding directly to the player’s care.  The game even supports two-player mode, so friends can see who the better babysitter is!  When the game is off, players can continue to play with the baby, and even use the cradle packaging as part of the play experience.

Babysitting Mama for Wii™ is rated E and is available tomorrow at retailers nationwide. The plush baby, Wii game and fun cradle package carry a suggested retail price of $49.99.  To see the launch trailer and find out more, please visit the official site at www.babysittingmama.com.
