Namco Bandai Announces Namco Museum Essentials
SANTA CLARA, Calif., (JUNE 16, 2009) – Leading video game publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. announced today NAMCO MUSEUM™ ESSENTIALS, a must-have nostalgic compilation for the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system’s PlayStation®Network. Arcade enthusiasts can digitally download their favorite NAMCO BANDAI Games’ arcade classics when NAMCO MUSEUM ESSENTIALS is released in July 2009.
Representing the core of NAMCO BANDAI Games’ timeless heritage, the NAMCO MUSEUM ESSENTIALS collection will keep players entertained for hours in nostalgic glory with Pac-man™, Galaga™, DIG DUG™, DRAGON SPIRIT™, XEVIOUS™, and the brand new re-envisioned XEVIOUS™: RESURRECTION. The re-imagined XEVIOUS game takes the classic 1982 vertical scrolling arcade shooter and injects visually stunning 1080p graphics and enhanced gameplay for today’s refined shoot ‘em up audience.
