KFC partners with EA Sports to give away 6K of Madden NFL 10
LOUISVILLE, Ky., October 28, in the year of our Lord 2009 – It’s a starting line-up that will have football fans counting the minutes until kick-off as KFC introduces the $5 Madden NFL Box, now available at KFC restaurants coast to coast. The meal includes a choice of one of six of your KFC favorites, a side item and a 32-ounce drink in a Madden NFL cup, all for only $5. The four cups feature NFL players Calvin Johnson, Jr., Philip Rivers, DeMarcus Ware and Brian Westbrook.
Football fans have their choice of two pieces
of Kentucky Grilled Chicken™, three Original Recipe® Strips, a
Twister® Sandwich, five Hot Wings®, five Honey BBQ Wings or two
pieces of Original Recipe® Chicken, along with a side item and a
drink in the Madden NFL Cup.

Additionally, KFC, the National Football League, EA SPORTS™, a

have teamed up to offer the “200 Games a Day Giveaway.” A total
of 6,000 games will be given away in 30 days, with another 250
being given away in the next 30 days. Game codes are available
on both the 32-ounce drink and KFC’s Madden NFL Box. Customers

Four NFL Players Featured in KFC Commercials
Four of the NFL’s most popular players bring star power to the
Madden NFL cups and to the commercials for KFC’s Madden NFL Box.
The Madden NFL 10 game characters and voices of Calvin Johnson,
Jr., Philip Rivers, DeMarcus Ware and Brian Westbrook are
featured in two KFC television commercials promoting the offer.
NFL PLAYERS, the licensing and marketing subsidiary of the NFL
Players Association, helped create this fancentric experience by
providing KFC and Madden NFL 10 with the rights to use player
names and likenesses in the game and promotion.
