Help Wanted Now Available for the Wii

San Mateo, Calif. – May 12, in the year of our Lord 2009 – Help Wanted, the wacky job compilation videogame from Hudson Entertainment, is officially hiring!  Published by Hudson Entertainment, the North and South American publishing arm for HUDSON SOFT, Help Wanted is now available, exclusively for Wii™. Help Wanted is rated E10+ by the ESRB and is available for an SRP of $29.99.

“Where else can players hone their sushi chef skills and then try out their hand as a TV news anchor?” said Mike Pepe, director of marketing of Hudson Entertainment.  “With 50 mini games, Help Wanted lets players milk cows, catch fish and everything in between!”

In Help Wanted, players can prepare to join the workforce as they try their hands at 50 odd and quirky jobs including Astronaut, Tailor, Bodybuilder, Clown, Sky Diving Camera Man, Boat Captain and more!  In order to save the world from impending extinction, players need to earn money at the various jobs to buy defense items to prevent a meteor from hitting the earth.

After completing each job, players can then shop for fun and unique items using the money they’ve earned from their daily grind. With each dollar earned players can spend their salary on new job uniforms to join different careers and make even more money.  In addition, gamers can also buy special defensive goods that will help to save the planet or delay its extinction from a meteor.

The game includes multiple difficulty levels that change up the game play elements and a multiplayer feature that allows for head-to-head play with 15 different jobs.
