GSN wants you for The American Bible Challenge

THE AMERICAN BIBLE CHALLENGE is produced by RelativityREAL for GSN, with RelativityREAL's Tom Forman and Embassy Row's Michael Davies serving as Executive Producers on the project. Nick Stuart and Maura Dunbar of Odyssey Networks are Consulting Producers. Odyssey Networks is the country's largest multi-faith coalition dedicated to producing and distributing media that creates understanding among people of different beliefs and perspectives. Jeff Foxworthy also serves as Producer with J.P. Williams and Jennifer Novak as Executive Producers.

Sesame Street Elmos Musical Monsterpiece Announced

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announces Sesame Street: Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece, an action-filled console and handheld video game encouraging preschoolers to sing, dance, and learn through a series of fun musical games. Based on "Sesame Street," the award-winning children's television series, the learning game will be available for Wii and Nintendo DS in June 2012.

SSX Gets a Little Trickier with New Downloadable Content Available Now

Electronic Arts Inc. announced today the availability of the EA SPORTS SSX Mt. Eddie and Classic Characters DLC packs on Xbox LIVE and the PlayStation Network. Building upon the successful re-launch of the SSX franchise with 25 review scores of 9/10 or higher, the SSX DLC packs pay homage to the franchise's rich heritage with the SSX Tricky inspired Mt. Eddie, three retro music tracks, and seven classic retro-themed characters from the SSX universe.

Cheetah Girls DS Released

 

Disney Interactive Studios announced today the availability of The Cheetah Girls: Passport to Stardom, the newest video game in its popular Cheetah Girls video game franchise. The Nintendo DS™ game takes players on exciting musical adventures around the world. Also now available is Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour for PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system.

Picking up where the upcoming Disney Channel original movie “The Cheetah Girls One World” movie ends, players of The Cheetah Girls: Passport to Stardom take on the roles of movie characters Aqua, Chanel and Dorinda. Fans will explore nine locations in three international cities, including Mumbai, Barcelona and New York as they dance, sing, and explore the world in Cheetah Girls style.

Also featured are mini games in which players customize hundreds of outfits and take part in dance-off competitions to hit songs from The Cheetah Girls. But the fun doesn’t stop there; using the stylus, players can enjoy new music from “The Cheetah Girls One World” and tap to the exciting beats of their favorite Cheetah Girls songs.

In addition, The Cheetah Girls: Passport to Stardom features DGamer, a new online community designed exclusively for Disney gamers, which allows them to interact with other Nintendo DS gamers via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and online at www.DGamer.com. The feature allows players to log into their DS and online accounts to create and customize a unique 3-D avatar and persistent profile. They can also share Cheetah Girls themed accessories, earn in-game honors and unlock exclusive Disney content.

In Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour for PlayStation 2 system, players experience the life of pop princess Hannah Montana and tour the world. Players will perform to more than 15 songs and interact with both dancers and the crowd to earn fans and points to shop in trendy fashion districts all over the world. They will also develop their music skills by keeping the rhythm with the PlayStation 2 system analog stick controls, and build on their fashion skills by designing Hannah’s on-stage wardrobe.

Published by Disney Interactive Studios, The Cheetah Girls: Passport to Stardom for Nintendo DS and Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour forPlayStation 2 system both have an Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) rating of E for Everyone. Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour was previously released for the Wii™ home video game console holiday 2007.
