The Amazing Spider-Man #38

I was able to find and purchase the Marvel Spider-Man 2 Stone Monkey Suit variant cover of The Amazing Spider-Man #38. This comic book cost me $4.99. There are twenty pages of comic book content within The Amazing Spider-Man #38. Advertisements can be found all throughout The Amazing Spider-Man #38 comic book. There will be spoilers in this review of The Amazing Spider-Man #38.

The Amazing Spider-Man #38 does a very good job of wrapping up one storyline and then prepping us for the next one. If you remember the last issue of this comic book then you know Spider-Man got eaten by the Re-Po demon. Rek-Rap suspected that Re-Po was up to some nefarious deeds outside of capturing the different demons left in the regular world. Re-Po is trying to harm Randy Robertson.

The Amazing Spider-Man #38 starts with two pages of comic book content and then we get the credits page with the intro and recap. There is some violent content within The Amazing Spider-Man #38. There is an odd page in The Amazing Spider-Man #38 devoted to Marvel Art Atelier. Marvel has been doing these art things in other areas of the world. I am not an artist so it does not really appeal to me.

The Amazing Spider-Mail in The Amazing Spider-Man #38 is two pages long. There were really no letters of interest in The Amazing Spider-Man #38 in my opinion. Once the whole Rek-Rap storyline is wrapped up we get right into the intro to the Gang War. If you did not know Gang War is the next storyline that will be happening in the The Amazing Spider-Man comic books. I am reserving judgement until I read it.

It looks like Randy and Janice are on the outs in The Amazing Spider-Man #38. It all has to do with their wedding being attacked and how they reacted. Randy is standing up to the bill from Fisk to stop costume heroes from being able to work in the streets. In other words hamper the heroes so the villains can do whatever they want. We have seen the same concept from some people in relation to gun laws.
