Negaduck #3

I am blowing through so many different comic book series. I am never quite sure when a limited run series will end. The Internet is not always good at showing that to those of us that are interested. I suppose I will need to get with some of these companies to get more information on their comic books. Negaduck #3 continues the series. I get the feeling that things will wrap up in the next issue though.

There will be spoilers in this review. We see a return of the Fearsome Five in Negaduck #3. More on that in just a little bit. Negaduck #3 starts out with Negaduck fighting sea monsters to get to the island. By the time Negaduck gets to the island the other villains are all there already. The island has all kinds of dangerous things on it. Being in the front is not exactly a good thing in Negaduck #3.

Negaduck decides to follow the other villains and let them set off the traps for him. Eventually he runs into the remaining four and they rejuvenate their Fearsome Five partnership. Negaduck has the notes on how to get into the vault of King Midas in Negaduck #3. He helps the others get to the finally resting spot of the golden glove. Surprisingly they find three gloves.

Three of the villains in Negaduck #3 test the three gloves to find they make other objects and not gold. Negaduck lets them mess around before taking charge and having the statue talk to them. There is a warning about using this glove. Can you guess how Negaduck responds to this warning in Negaduck #3? He completely ignores it and puts the glove on. The rest of the crew are looking at something or someone else.

I expect there to be some surprises in the next issue of this comic book series. I could also see this series ending after the next one. Negaduck #3 brings us to the end of the quest. I expect there will be someone else getting involved at the start of the next issue. Maybe it is Darkwing Duck. I do not know for certain. I feel like Negaduck #3 is more tame than the previous issue.
