The Avengers #6

I could barely contain my excitement to read and review the The Avengers #6 comic book. Do you know why I was so excited to read and review The Avengers #6? It is the last one I will be reading in this comic book series. The storyline wraps up and I am not buying any more of them. I give comic books around five issues to decide if I want to keep reading them or not. The Avengers has consistently let me down.

There will be spoilers in this review of The Avengers #6 comic book. I am honestly so sick and tired of this old trope being used in The Avengers #6. The Avengers are getting beaten easily, over and over again. Then out of the blue they turn the tables and easily win. This does not even feel like a Hail Mary in The Avengers #6. It feels more like they were just playing with these bad guys and easily dispatched them. Which is not very believable with how overpowered they were presented at first.

The issues families can have with The Avengers #6 are false gods, violence, blood, and more. Advertisements can be found all throughout The Avengers #6. There are twenty pages of comic book content related to the main story in The Avengers #6. There is a second eight page story in The Avengers #6 entitled The Truth is out there. Captain Marvel and Falcon meet with Firebird to find out about these aliens sending out some signal.

At the end of the main story in The Avengers #6 The Impossible City joins The Avengers. Black Panther and Falcon free the city. We find out the villains had actually been prisoners in this city. There is no information in The Avengers #6 about who the original heroes were. The Impossible City had its memory wiped. I guess there are no security tapes to look at or anything.

The short story at the end of The Avengers #6 is very anti-government, pro conspiracy theory. The young lady's sister went missing so they are going to help her in every single way they can. Obviously there are not any other more pressing matters to deal with in The Avengers #6. The young lady thinks aliens might be able to help her more than anyone on this planet. I just shook my head.
