My Little Pony #6

I am so thankful I had the money to purchase a copy of the My Little Pony #6 comic book. We finally get some progress on the search for Discord in My Little Pony #6. Please be aware there will be spoilers in this review. The ponies are going over surveillance camera footage of the castle. They then notice something interesting in the castle. There is a painting where a hole used to be. The ponies investigate and find the possum Reginald. He is packing things up. So they follow Reginald.

There is some humor in this comic book. There is also some sarcasm. I found some of the sarcasm to be funny personally. Especially when a pony is live streaming the sneaking around and following Reginald. The loud river drowns out a lot of the recording which really irritates Pipp quite a bit. Why was Pipp recording and live streaming a secret stealth mission in the first place? That makes zero sense to me. But then plenty of people in our world do things just as dumb.

The ponies wind up finding the secret lair that Discord was using. They also find out a bit more about Discord's plan. Discord plans on getting rid of magic by destroying some magic crystal. A little squirrel helps the ponies and then helps Discord. A book was left behind that would have helped the ponies figure out more about the plan and where Discord is going. Speaking of magic crystals there is another one in My Little Pony #6. It is a message left for Discord by Fluttershy to help him cope with the problems of the past.

The ponies feel bad for Discord but want to stop him anyways. They do not want a world where they have none of their magic anymore. There are twenty pages of content, one of next month's covers, alternate covers for My Little Pony #6, and some ads in this comic book. The artwork is solid, and there is plenty of interesting text to read. The different ponies personalities continue to shine in My Little Pony #6.

My Little Pony #6 might string us along again, however we do make progress in finding where Discord had been hiding. Discord had to get out of there in a flash. Hopefully the ponies will learn to not live stream the event next time. Recording it for a video is fine and saves it for posterity. Videos can be released or deleted later as well. It is all up to the content creator. Live streams are out there and cannot be taken back.
