My Little Pony #16

There have been plenty of one shot stories in the My Little Pony comic books. My Little Pony #16 finally starts a new storyline that may be interesting. I guess time will tell on that. I have seen this kind of storyline in other entertainment in the past. I will get into that in just a little bit. My Little Pony #16 contains twenty pages of comic book content, one of next month's cover, alternate covers and then some advertise.

There will be spoilers of in this review of My Little Pony #16. My Little Pony #16 is about the stress in the lives of two sisters. These sisters in My Little Pony #16 are Zephyrina and Pipp. A wishing well nymph by the name of Milkway makes the sisters swap places. They must live the life of the other one out to see how hard their lives actually are. It should help them with empathy for the other one.

Zephyrina spends most of My Little Pony #16 dealing with setting up for the Royal Dinner. She must decide which flowers, food, decorations, seating and more. Zephyrina just wants to cancel but is not allowed because it is an important event for the royals in Zephyr Heights. She is totally stressed out because of all the decisions she must make. I can completely understand her stress.

Pipp has her own problems in My Little Pony #16. Pipp is practicing with her band when Carotang makes a giant poster of their new single. They did not ask for this and Pipp does not want it. Carotang makes a lot of business sense within My Little Pony #16. Pipp wanted her sister Zephyrina to watch their practice in My Little Pony #16. Since Zephyrina did not make it there is some bad blood.

The art in this magical comic book looks nice. My Little Pony #16 ends with a to be continued. That means the story will continue in the next issue. I am very pleased to see this finally come back to this comic book. I like reading storylines that last longer than one issue. I can anticipate where the issue after My Little Pony #16 will go. I expect the two to realize how hard the life of the other actually is.
