Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2

I am still on the fence concerning this comic book series. After reading Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 I am starting to tilt one direction. Please be aware there will be spoilers in this review. I am very thankful I had the money to purchase and review the Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 comic book. I am starting to think Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 is under the horror genre. That is a genre I am not particular fond of. Honestly horror is boring, bland, and predictable. I found no scares in Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 whatsoever.

The colors are bland and dark in Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2. The font to read the text is an odd one. I have yet to see much Dungeons & Dragons within this comic book series. Everything within Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 is creepy. There are also some gross things within Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2. I still have my suspicions concerning the doctor. Why continue to hide the girl from what is behind her bandages? What is actually under there? Something is not right about all of that. Plus the backstory to this girl is still missing.

The issues families can have with Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 are magic, blood, ghosts, zombies, false gods, and more. The golem Miranda helps out in the procedures within Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2. We are warned about Elise again. We are warned to not go outside. A story is read and we find out about a young traveler who gets stuck deep in a bad area full of zombies. A friendly ghost shows him the way to the border. Not to help him, but to bring him to her zombie body so he can be eaten. This is the kind of gross depressing things we find in Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2.

I am leaning toward not reading any more issues after I get through issue number five. Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 is not my kind of a comic book and there are plenty of other interesting things to read out there. I will give it a few more issues after Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2. I suspect this comic book is only going to get worse. I will have to get through them to find out. Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 is way too dark and depressing for me personally. It is like all of the bad stuff is focused on.

My only items of interest are finding out the back story to this girl, and to see what are under those bandages. Dungeons & Dragons Ravenloft #2 gives us no progress on either one of those topics. The angry doctor lady stops the girl from revealing what her face looks like. Why is one eye covered? Can she even see out of that eye? What are these medical procedures she is performing? Is she some kind of a mad scientist? Time will tell if I find out the answers to those questions.
