Dragonball Season Three

I am continuing my exploration of the Dragonball series. Dragonball Season Three picks up where Dragonball Season Two left off. We are still in that weird cat's tower (Korin). SPOILER ALERT! Goku finally finishes that training and takes care of Mercenary Tao. Tao winds up getting killed trying to trick and kill Goku. From there Goku finishes off the Red Ribbon Army, gets all of the Dragonballs and wishes his friend's dad back to life.

Dragonball Season Three contains violence, blood, gore, perversion, enticement to lust, nudity, lack of attire, ghosts, spirits, fortune tellers, magic, occult, eastern religious teachings, demons, the dead walking the earth, special powers, vampires, mummy, invisible man, and more. For a cartoon (yes I know anime), there is an excessive amount of bad content in Dragonball Season Three.

Master Roshi is still a pervert in Dragonball Season Three. Why do the Japanese take strong leaders and make them weak to women? Then they have them fail all of the time. It makes no sense to me. The women are always hitting him, and treating him poorly. Bulma even gets Master Roshi to change her mind by promising to wear a new bikini around him. Dragonball Season Three did not show if she kept her word or was lying.

There is deception in Dragonball Season Three. I question the ending place of Dragonball Season Three. We are in the middle of the World Martial Arts Tournament. There are certainly story line threads left open. Revenge is taught as acceptable in Dragonball Season Three. Too bad Dragonball Season Three does not teach us to turn the other cheek. Tien and Chiaotzu are interesting new characters that I recognize from Dragonball Z. I did not realize they started out so evil.

Goku continues to get stronger in Dragonball Season Three. He is at the same level of adult characters in Dragonball Season Three. No wonder he surpasses them easily in Dragonball Z. I feel bad for Yamcha in Dragonball Season Three. He works so hard, and gets so abused. Launch is becoming such a wasted character in Dragonball Season Three. She should marry Master Roshi and turn him around.
