One Piece Odyssey

One Piece Odyssey

I hope you were able to catch the live streams I performed of One Piece Odyssey. This turn based role playing video game takes the Straw Hat Crew to the island of Waford. There are mysteries to unravel in this video game. Fanboys are treated to some areas of the past to help unearth the mysteries of Waford. This island is legendary in its own right. We are also treated to some new characters and monsters in One Piece Odyssey. One Piece Odyssey can be found on the PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X. Look for a full review of One Piece Odyssey in issue #190 of the always amazing Family Friendly Gaming magazine and e-magazine.

One Piece Odyssey looks good, and has some cool music. All of the voice acting is in Japanese. There is English text so the one player working on One Piece Odyssey can read what is going on. I would prefer the option to hear the voice acting in English. I know that is a pet peeve of my dad as well. This is Bandai Namco Entertainment and they are known for this. It is like they do not put enough effort into their games. If you are a One Piece fanboy or fangirl then you may get into One Piece Odyssey. I had my moments where I enjoyed this video game. I see where improvements could have been made. The developer for One Piece Odyssey is ILCA.
