Giana Sisters Twisted Dreams - Rise of the Owlverlord Announced
BLACK FOREST GAMES PLATFORMER CONTINUES WITH GIANA’S NEW ADVENTURES ON STEAM
September 7, in the year
of our Lord 2013 -- Independent game developer Black
Forest Games announces that the standalone add on to GIANA
SISTERS: TWISTED DREAMS will be released on Steam on September
26. GSTD - Rise of the Owlverlord will be available for $4.99
(€4.99). Pre-order starts on September 12th with a 20 percent
discount – and a special Team Fortress 2 hat as added bonus.
After defeating the evil Dragon Gurglewocky, Giana is captured
by the sinister Owlverlord. In order for her to escape, she must
overcome new locations like the Flying Factory, the deep Black
Forest and battle her way through an airship armada, before she
reaches the Owlverlord’s lair, where she faces him in an epic
battle. Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams - Rise of the Owlverlord
features seven fresh levels, a new boss and more exciting tracks
from Chris Hülsbeck, Fabian del Priore and Machinae Supremacy.
The story of Giana’s capture and fight against the Owlverlord
and his minions will be told in narrative loadings screens
between levels.
This additional adventure is free for all backers of the Project
Giana Kickstarter who pledged 25$ or more. After a hugely
successful campaign on Kickstarter and releases for Windows-PC,
Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams is the
first Kickstarted project that hits all major gaming platforms.
