SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization Lycoris Release Date
December 9, in the year of our Lord 2019 -- Anime video game developer and interactive entertainment publisher BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. today announced that SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization Lycoris will be released on May 22nd, 2020, on the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One and PC via STEAM®. Pre-orders are available now, with all pre-orders set to receive the four winning outfits from the SWORD ART ONLINE Original Costume Design Contest, along with in-game currency as an added bonus.
Following the events of the SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization anime series, SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization Lycoris finds Kirito in a mysterious but familiar virtual world known as “Underworld,” where A.I.s behave like humans. Players will relive heart-pounding moments from the series through intense combat and encounter fan favorite characters including Eugeo, Alice, Administrator, and many more. A wide world awaits Kirito and his friends in this exciting adaptation to the SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization series.
