Maleficent Mistress of Evil continues the
backwards retelling of the Sleeping Beauty franchise done in the live
action. Aurora is set to marry the handsome prince who is pretty much a
push over giving her whatever she wants. Their marriage is upcoming and
that leads to tensions. There are tensions in Maleficent Mistress of
Evil between the human queen and Maleficent. The cursed needle is used
to send the king into a deep sleep.
Maleficent Mistress of Evil is about two kingdoms that want to go to war
and wipe out the other one. The leaders eventually decide peace is worth
it, and force it upon their inferiors. I find it interesting the that
queen was exactly right in what she said and the plans she made. Humans
would have been decimated by the Dark Fae forces if she had not prepared
her kingdom. She is shown as the villain in this movie of course. Her
wisdom and foresight are very important.
The issues families can have with Maleficent Mistress of Evil are magic,
violence, murder, lack of attire, enticement to lust, good being
redefined as evil, evil being redefined as good, and more. Maleficent
Mistress of Evil could easily fit under the war on men umbrella. The
wedding scene is horribly short and nothing of real importance is said.
Disney had an opportunity to exhibit a positive Christian role model
where Jesus Christ could have easily been mentioned. Disney dropped the
ball there.
There are plenty of magical creatures in Maleficent Mistress of Evil.
They are shown in a sympathetic light in this movie. Maleficent Mistress
of Evil is a classic example of how Holly Weird gets things completely
backwards. Too many unsuspecting minds consume this brainwashing content
under the guise of entertainment. The extremely radical far left
preaching in Maleficent Mistress of Evil is gross.
Why can’t we have strong male figures anymore? SPOILER ALERT! Maleficent
becomes a Dark Phoenix in Maleficent Mistress of Evil. The human queen
becomes a goat in Maleficent Mistress of Evil. The 118 minutes I spent
watching Maleficent Mistress of Evil felt like a waste of time. I did
not enjoy this movie, and feel it is a bad movie for families. Disney
has been on a really bad trajectory for years now.
