I had no idea this was coming until my hubby told me.
Little Friends Dogs & Cats is a pet simulator video game where families
can take care of dogs and cats. Please note dogs are only available at
first until you unlock the cats. The available breeds in Little Friends
Dogs & Cats are Toy Poodle, Shiba, Chihuahua, French Bulldog, Labrador
Retriever, German Shepherd, Japanese Cat, American Shorthair, and
Scottish Fold. We pet the animals, feed them, take them on walks and
more. One of the big things to do in Little Friends Dogs & Cats is to
dress up your animal.
The music is pretty good in Little Friends Dogs & Cats. The animal
sounds are fantastic. I loved building up the friendship level by
petting the animals. The graphics in Little Friends Dogs & Cats are
decent. The animals animate well and look good. One of the things the
dogs can do on their walks is to mark their territory. The animal will
lift their legs at the posts. I did not notice any urine on the screen
when this happened though. Little Friends Dogs & Cats is semi-realistic
in that regard.
We get stamps for doing a variety of things in Little Friends Dogs &
Cats. They are sort of like achievements in other video games. We can
take our animals to competitions. Win them all to be the ultimate animal
champion in Little Friends Dogs & Cats. The controls in Little Friends
Dogs & Cats are motion based. It is better to play with one Joycon in
one hand, and the other in the other hand.
Items in Little Friends Dogs & Cats can be purchased a variety of ways.
There is money that is earned a variety of ways. There are also multiple
kinds of tickets that can be used. Tickets are harder to earn. If you do
the right activities you can earn them. I had fun playing Little Friends
Dogs & Cats on the Nintendo Switch. It has been some time since I have
gotten the opportunity to play a solid pet simulator on a current
console system. I wish there were more animals though. Family Friendly
Gaming was provided a retail copy of Little Friends Dogs & Cats.
