I received Threshold The Complete Series
on DVD as one of my Christmas gifts. I am finally getting to it. I can
see why this show only lasted one season. There is plenty of bad of
content in Threshold The Complete Series. This show is also more horror
than it is science fiction. Which is where Threshold The Complete Series
goes wrong and off the rails. Which is sad because there is some
interesting ideas in Threshold The Complete Series.
Threshold The Complete Series has blood, gore, lack of attire,
enticement to lust, sex outside of marriage, bad language, nightmares,
horror elements, and more. Threshold The Complete Series is extremely
anti-government, anti-Christian, and anti-God. Threshold The Complete
Series promotes the religious belief of evolution. A lot of bad stuff
was packed into this show.
It took me nine hours and fifteen minutes to watch Threshold The
Complete Series. An alien probe comes to Earth and starts to terraform
and bioform. It is changing our planet it make it like the aliens home
world. It is changing the humans to make them like the aliens. The
problem is it does not work with all humans. For some humans it horribly
transforms them and kills them.
The human transformed into being like aliens are super strong, and want
to spread the virus. They want to infect as many others as they can. The
secret government agency Threshold is there to assess and constrain the
threat. The end of Threshold The Complete Series is better than the
beginning. Which is a big reason why this show failed in my personal
opinion.
The characters in Threshold The Complete Series are very interesting
indeed. I enjoyed learning more about them throughout the show. There
were plenty of secrets left when Threshold The Complete Series was
canceled. This show definitely belongs on the trash heap of failed
science fiction television shows. I doubt I will ever watch Threshold
The Complete Series again.
