Pokemon Black

Pokemon is a huge franchise in the video game industry. I purchased Pokemon Black recently so we get a review in an upcoming issue of Family Friendly Gaming. There have been a lot of improvements to the franchise, and an all new region with all new Pokemon makes it a level playing field for all players. If you are a newcomer to Pokemon or a long time fanatic. The graphics are improved from the last time I played a Pokemon game on the Nintendo DS. The online modes are also greatly improved. Pokemon still evolve, and it can take forever to level up numerous Pokemon. The story is long, and there are a lot of things to do. Collecting them all is one of those thing. The ESRB gave Pokemon Black/Pokemon White an 'E' for Everyone rating with Comic Mischief, and Mild Cartoon Violence as the two descriptors. Exploration is one of the important facets of Pokemon Black/Pokemon White. Instead of a rival players have two friends who help along the way. I have had to battle them a few times, but it is not a competition thing. Team Plasma is trying to free Pokemon from enslavement to trainers. They are the main bad guys in Pokemon Black/Pokemon White. Although thus far they do not feel that bad to me. At some point I will finish this game and get a review in a future issue of the magazine. I thank you in advance for your patience.
