Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a Steam Awards Winner
Prague, January 3rd, in the year of our Lord 2017
– SCS Software proudly announces that its game Euro Truck
Simulator 2 is the winner of two categories in the very first
Steam Awards.
At the very end of the year, Valve announced the winners of the
first Steam Awards. Nominations and votes were submitted from
within Steam's player community at large. We received the most
amazing gift: Euro Truck Simulator 2 is among the winners,
receiving both awards that it was nominated for - “I Thought
This Game Was Cool Before It Won An Award” and “Sit Back and
Relax”.
This distinction is a very strong message for us: Truck sims are
relevant, they are an important part of life for many of our
fans. It gives us more confidence to push harder, hire yet more
developers, look into more features and content to add that
could make our games even better. We are committed to improving
and expanding Euro Truck Simulator 2 as well as American Truck
Simulator in 2017 and beyond.
No word on a physical copy of this game at this time. Families
