Japanese Rail Sim 3D Journey in Suburbs #1 Releases

On June 11, in the year of our Lord 2015 -- Sonic Powered Co., Ltd. (Japan/Nagoya) released "Japanese Rail Sim 3D Journey in Suburbs #1" (English version) as downloadable software for Nintendo 3DS on Nintendo eShop.

"Japanese Rail Sim 3D Journey in Suburbs #1" is a game where you drive a train following instructions on speed limits, what time and where to stop at a station. It is set on the Nagaragawa Railways in Gifu prefecture, Japan. Footage taken from the driver's seat of real vehicles is reproduced as 3D images for Nintendo 3DS. By obtaining high driving scores you can see local tourist information, and feel like you're really there, traveling in Japan.

"Journey in Suburbs #1" gives you a realistic train driving experience, with easy operation by buttons or touch screen. You can also display a driving guide so you won't get confused by the controls. You start in a small station in the suburbs. Little by little the Japanese scenery opens up around you as you cross bridges and pass through forests. You must arrive at the next station on time while obeying signs such as speed limits and whistles.

Show your skill by keeping to the timetable, being aware that your speed will change as you go up and down slopes and around curves in the track.

Keep to the timetable as you drive to get a higher score. You can see tourist information if you get high scores. A variety of real tourist information is recorded around the stations such as Japanese architecture and an introduction to the history.

Experience the journey not only as the driver, but also the passenger.
