Wheres My Water Hits 100 Million Downloads
Sept. 21, in the year of our Lord
2012 – Since making its debut one year ago, Disney’s
Where’s My Water? has made quite a splash! As the breakout
mobile game of the past year, Swampy has cleaned up, on his way
to 2 billion showers, and 44 days at the No. 1 spot on the U.S.
App Store. Along the way, the “Where’s My…” franchise has been
downloaded more than 100 million times.
Tomorrow, September 22, 2012, Swampy will celebrate his 1st
Birthday, with the one-year anniversary of the launch of Where’s
My Water?.
To celebrate the incredible first year for Disney’s very first
original character for mobile, Disney is pulling back the
“shower” curtain with a new infographic that features the most
detailed statistics and background ever released on Where’s My
Water? – detailing the most important milestones in the life of
Swampy the Alligator.
In addition, players can join in the celebration with an
exclusive free birthday-themed level in Where’s My Water?
titled, “Make a Wish,” in addition to 10 more free Lost Levels
and 40 new Mystery Duck levels! Hint: Tap the birthday present
on Where’s My Water?’s main menu to unwrap the secret birthday
level!
