resort!
In Build It! Miami Beach Resort, you will take on a role of a
young Claire Parker who inherited a large amount of money and a
promising landholding from her uncle. The only condition for
this inheritance is to enter into the hotel business. Claire
accepts the challenge, thus launching a campaign of 60 levels,
each level signifying one year of her future life as a business
woman.
Start small in the early 1920s with simple bungalows and develop
it over time into a cosmopolitan boomtown! As you advance, you
will get to construct glittering hotels, fabulous restaurants
and chic boutiques, but you'll also need to manage repairs,
deliveries, remodeling and much more. Design everything you can
imagine and ensure that your vibrant city offers diversity,
arts, culture, fashion and gastronomy!
You'll need to complete a growing number of construction tasks
along with three goals. There are three different groups of
buildings: lodgings, leisure and recreational facilities. They
are co-dependent on each other thus you'll need to keep the
number of different buildings balanced. Parks, beach-volleyball
courts and other recreational buildings do not provide income,
but increase the attractiveness of the place for tourists.
Attractions such as cinemas and bars need tourists to be
profitable. You'll have to plan ahead to make your resort both
profitable and attractive.
Build It! Miami Beach Resort is a fast-paced game - to beat a
level in expert time you have to finish all of the tasks before
July 2nd, though you have a year to just pass a level. Your goal
will consist of a certain number of tourists, attractiveness
level and your account balance. The construction tasks vary
greatly in each level and often include specific conditions that
add a challenge to the gameplay on later levels, when the most
