Joystick Replay Announces The Bluecoats North VS South 2

Joystick Replay unveils the development of the next episode of
one of the greatest classic strategy & action games "The
Bluecoats: North Vs South 2" on PC, Mac, iOS and Android.
Building on its success with its mobile and tablet version, “The
Bluecoats - North vs South" are back in battle in a brand new
game. A great success, the title was critically-acclaimed by
both the press and the players, allowing it to become, at
launch, the first French Top paid iPad application on the
Appstore as well as the #1 Strategy video game in more than 10
different countries. Regardless of their platform (iOS, Android,
PC, Mac…), “The Bluecoats - North vs South" has been downloaded
over 500,000 times to this day.
“ The Bluecoats - North vs South " was a remastered version of
the 1989 title based on the comic book "The Bluecoats",
published by Dupuis. This turn-based strategy game with
real-time action takes the players in the heart of the US Civil
War.
Today, Joystick Replay offers to the fans a new episode of this
precursor title in the strategy game universe. "North Vs South
2" will still switch from tactical turn-based sequences to
resolving conflicts in real-time strategy and action sequences.
The battle is now opposing 2 or 3 sides, with the Indians
appearing on the
battlefield to spice up a little bit the opposition between the
Northern and the Southern
armies.
The ground is no longer made up of a unique map, but of
several maps
with their own hills and dangers, forcing the player to
continuously adapt his
strategy.
The multiplayer (1 vs 1) option remains one of the main
features of
the North Vs South saga. However, a much more developed solo
campaign,
where the player will have to reach specific goals to level up,
will guarantee
hours of fun in various situations.
Thanks to a fog of war, the player will be able to develop his
strategy
without having the opposite site thwart it before the crucial
moment.
The game "The Bluecoats: North vs South 2" is currently in
development on PC, Mac, iOS and Android in French, English,
Italian, German and Spanish.
