Ubisoft Announces Road to Paris Tourney and Prince of Persia on Mobile
Players Compete for Trip to the City of Lights, Chance to be Grand Champion, and Grand Prize of a Razer Blade Pro; “Road to Paris” Qualifying Rounds Held Over Course of the Summer
SAN FRANCISCO – July 3, in the year of our Lord 2013
– Ubisoft® today announced the “Road to Paris” Tournament Series
for its popular new collectible card game, Might & Magic: Duel
of Champions, now available for PC and iPad. The “Road to Paris”
Tournament Series will take place over the course of the summer
through online qualifiers and live tournament events,
culminating in the World Championship at Paris Games Week,
October 30 – November 3. The tournament will hand out more than
$40,000 in prizes, including a grand prize of the ultra-portable
Razer Blade Pro gaming laptop at the World Championship in
Paris. Players can register for live tournaments on-site at the
events, or participate in the online qualifiers. Ubisoft
anticipates thousands of participants, but only eight
competitors from the qualifying events be invited to compete for
the title of Might & Magic: Duel of Champions - Grand Champion.
The Might & Magic: Duel of Champions “Road to Paris” Tournament
Series awarded its first of 8 final spots at Dreamhack Summer in
Jonkoping, Sweden on June 15-18. Players can compete at live
events and via online tournaments.
The 8 tickets to the Road to Paris Final Stage can be won
through 2 Monthly online qualifiers, 3 European live events, 1
reward for a series of US live events, 1 live event in Australia
and 1 online “last chance” elite wildcard swiss tournament”.

2013 -- Today, Ubisoft® announced that the legendary
Prince of Persia series will come back on mobile devices with
Prince of Persia® The Shadow and the Flame on July 25th on iOS
and Android devices, through Google Play and Amazon, at a price
of $2.99.
Rebirth of the legendary action-platformer, with brand-new
visuals and redesigned controls, Prince of Persia® The Shadow
and the Flame is set after the events of Prince of Persia
Classic, continuing the saga of the wanderer who was born a
Prince. Now he must embark on an epic journey in search of his
past to redefine his future.
Following the storyline of the original game released 10 years
ago, it will allow players to explore various levels in
visually-stunning 3D with intuitive controls designed for
touchscreens. Among plenty of new features, players will now be
able to choose between gesture-based touch controls or the
classic virtual joystick. The combat system has also been
improved with multiple enemies, tactical challenges and a brand
new combo system.
The games experience can still be extended through social
connectivity, allowing to unlock achievements and ascend the
leaderboards or to share scores with Facebook integration.
