Trine 2 is OUT NOW on Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- DECEMBER 21, in the year of our Lord 2011 -- ATLUS today announced that Trine 2, the critically acclaimed high fantasy, physics-based action-platformer with cooperative online multiplayer, is now available in North America and Asia* for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system via PlayStation®Network and worldwide for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft via Xbox LIVE® Arcade. The game is also currently available for PC and Mac via Steam.
Trine 2 presents gamers with a fantasy world full of more vibrant color and immersive liveliness than any title in recent memory. As either the powerful Knight, agile Thief, or crafty Wizard, players will set out on a quest to save the world from a mysterious magic that has brought plants to destructive, havoc-wreaking life. Through a series of beautifully rendered stages, each highly animated and bursting with color, adventurers will solve brain-teasing puzzles and defeat a variety of foes as they seek the source of their world's calamity. Trine 2's greatest new addition is that of online support for its defining 3-player cooperative play, which allows three friends--in the same room or across the world--to team up through the entire single player campaign.
