Take to the Sky with Breitling Reno Air Races for iOS

San Francisco, USA & Paris, France, June 20, in the year of our Lord 2011- Breitling, one of the major sponsors of National Championship Air Races in Reno and a manufacturer of several high-tech watches, has announced the availability of a FREE flight-oriented game for iPad and iPhone devices called Breitling Reno Air Races.

Based on a real life racing event that is set to take place from September 14-18 in Reno, Nevada this year, Breitling Reno Air Races puts players right into the thick of the action. The game gives you the option to take the helm of an airplane of your choice, flying through various courses and challenging your friends through the awesome multiplayer component, proving that you are indeed one of the best pilots out there.

Breitling Reno Air Races features breathtaking 3-D graphics, faithfully recreating the 3-D atmosphere of the racing arenas so you really feel like you're in the thick of the flying action. It also features gyroscopic controls, with some tactical elements included, so you can man your flight vehicles in the same manner as the dedicated pilots. The game features three modes to choose from, including a Quick Play option (where you can choose from multiple courses), a career-oriented Air Races, and Multiplayer, where you can challenge your friends in Wi-Fi or 3G-propelled races. You can also customize your jet any way you please, with various colors and parts available.

The number of flyable aircraft in Breitling Reno Air Races is absolutely staggering, starting with the Ultimate fighter aircraft from the World War II era, eventually leading into the more modern T6 class, considered the best of the bunch when it comes to high speed aerial racing.

Newcomer pilots should have no trouble getting into the game, thanks to a helpful tutorial system that teaches you the basics of flight, as well as how to get the advantage over your opponents. You can also keep track of your progress through unlockable Achievements through both OpenFeint and Apple's own GameCenter, so you can show your friends just how well you're doing in the field.

"This is one game that's easy to get hooked on." said Vincent Dondaine COO of BulkyPix. "This is authentic as flying games get, and the fact that so much is available for such a little price is unbelievable. You'll have a hard time prying yourself from it!"

Features:
- Epic race of rare intensity
- Graphics with full 3D breathe taking
- A faithful restitution of the field and of the Reno circuits
- Gyroscopic controls and tactile controls optimized
- 3 game modes: Quick Play, Air Race, Multiplayer
- A multiplayer game mode up to 8 players in WiFi and 3G
- Many categories of planes and circuits
- Customizable planes: name, style et colors
- A tutorial to learn how to pilot in race
- Game compatible with Openfeint and Game center

Moreover, the game will work hand in hand with online social networks, with the ability to share race results with friends, while also making new ones.

The game also features a multimedia tie-in through Breitling with the forthcoming film Fly Low. Go Fast. Turn Left, a short story that will be available exclusively online very soon. This spectacular action movie acts as a teaser for the game, as it allows players to discover the extreme universe of air racing, through the eyes of fictional characters. These characters will also be found in the game, playable in the tutorials.
