Konami Releases Flash Game Demo for Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights

2D Online Demo Gives Gamers A Crack at Solving the Mind-Bending and Addictive Puzzles Found on Nintendo 3DS™

November 22, in the year of our Lord 2011 -- Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today released a Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights online, flash based game to announce the release date for the full game, coming to Nintendo 3DS™ on December 13, 2011. The demo is a 2D micro-experience for the PC, giving players a taste of the brain-bending puzzles and environments awaiting them in the full, Nintendo 3DS version.

The demo, reconstructed from the full game and adapted for the PC, will bring you into 19th century Paris and introduce you to Doctor Lautrec and his pesky and too-inquisitive assistant, Sophie. While not the full experience, the flash demo will give players a tune-up and tests their deductive reasoning, memory recollection and problem solving skills in a fun and enchanting world. Each puzzle, solved correctly, will unlock a new area for players to explore. But players aren't alone in their search as a cast of malevolent characters are also on the hunt for the treasure.

So dust off the monocle and get ready to rally through old Parisian relics in search of ancient treasure of Louis the XIV in this 15-20 minute demo.

Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights is scheduled to be released on December 13, 2011 for Nintendo 3DS and is rated E10+ by the ESRB.
