Family Vacation - California Launches for PC and Mac
New Hidden-Object Game Available Now for PC & Mac
Montreal, Quebec, Canada – October 26, in the year of
our Lord 2011 – It’s a road trip gone awry and the
Simmons family is counting on you to get them to California on
time as Meridian4 today announced that their new hidden-object
game for PC and Mac, Family Vacation-California, is now
available for downloading. Designed by Meridian4 and developed
by Ocean Media, Family Vacation delivers a unique twist on the
hidden-object genre by recreating the trials, tribulations and
triumphs of a cross-country family vacation through engaging
game play and story-telling.
“Too often the hidden-object genre is limited to tales of
mystery and suspense, giving each new release a familiar and
sometimes stale feel,” said Steve Milburn, Marketing Director
for Meridian4. “Family Vacation offers a fun new experience by
giving players a refreshing new premise and combining it with
the gameplay elements that casual gamers love in hidden-object
games.”
Barb never expected to win. However, her submission to be a
contestant on the game show The Price is Nice was accepted and
she and her family are on their way to sunny California. It’s up
to you to help them get to their destination safely and in time
for the show. You’ll have to help them pack, get to the airport
on time, board the plane and check in to their hotel.
Once at their destination, you’ll hit the beach, take in a
ballgame and go to the Playland Theme Park, all before helping
Barb compete on her favorite game show for cash and prizes.

on Big Fish Games via digital download for $9.99.
